Just got home from work.It was a pretty routine night, ran the Alfa Laval and the Vincent most of the night. Gus a co-worker was pretty grumpy, and when I asked him about it, he told me to leave him alone. Came out of work to find my car buried under 4 inches of snow. Apparently the Weather Service has issued the following warning:

"A WINTERY WEDNESDAY FOR SOUTHERN WISCONSIN....PERIODS OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE DAY ACROSS SOUTH CENTRALAND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES ARELIKELY TODAY...WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO LIKELY THIS EVENING.A SNOW ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM THIS EVENING FOR THEENTIRE AREA. CITIES INCLUDED IN THE ADVISORY ARE MILWAUKEE...MADISON... SHEBOYGAN...JANESVILLE...KENOSHA AND THE WISCONSINDELLS.A DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SETTLE INTO MINNESOTA TODAY.SEVERAL VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES ROTATING AROUND THISLOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN OF WINTERYWEATHER.THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BE WET AND HEAVY...THEREFORE DESPITEBLUSTERY SOUTHEAST WINDS...WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING IS NOTEXPECTED TO BE A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM.BE PREPARED FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THEDAY...ESPECIALLY ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS. SLOW DOWN...AND REMEMBERYOUR SAFE WINTER DRIVING SKILLS. DO NOT OVEREXERT YOURSELF WHILESHOVELING THE HEAVY WET SNOW"

We were planning to go see King Kong today, but I'm not sure we will be able to go now.
